PricesAll prices are set forth in US dollars, FOB Origin. All quoted prices are subject to change without notice. Prices charged are those in effect at the time of shipment and Customer agrees to pay such prices, subject to any Customer specific pricing and transaction related charges.
TaxesThe Customer is responsible for any applicable sales, excise, use or other taxes, duties or fees which Telpar may be required to pay or collect, under any existing or future law.
ORDER MINIMUM
Telpar has a $100 order minimum for Domestic shipments and $200 order minimum for international.
SHIPPING TERMS
Domestic
All items are shipped FOB Origin. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice. Products will be shipped via Federal Express (or other like carrier when necessary), unless requested otherwise by Customer. For priority or overnight deliveries, please so indicate when ordering. Telpar will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver products in accordance with Customer's requested delivery date(s).
Any claims for shortages and/or damage to delivered products must be made to the carrier in accordance with the carrier's claims policy, but not more than ten (10) days after delivery of the product to the carrier.
International
For all international shipments, the following terms apply: FOB origin, Freight and insurance paid by the customer.
CREDIT TERMS
All new customers are required to complete a credit application. Our credit terms are payable upon receipt. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and wire transfers.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Telpar accepts orders from outside the United States and Canada. All orders of international origin are exported from the US in accordance with Export Administration Regulations. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Terms for payment on export orders are Visa, MasterCard, American Express or wire transfer (including a $30.00 wire transfer fee) in US dollars. A $200 order minimum is required for international orders. Credit terms are available to Canadian customers only.
RETURNS and DOA’s
To request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number:
Contact Telpar at 1 (800) 872-4886 to open a call for return products, repairs and warranty repairs.
FOR TELPAR WARRANTY/RMA SERVICE
Please provide Telpar with the following information:
- Serial number
- Model number
- Contact name and phone number and email address
- Problem description
- The address where the equipment is to be shipped BACK to
- Indicate if a certificate of compliance or non-conformance is required.
- Indicate when the product must be returned if time sensitive as our normal repair lead times are two (2) weeks.
- The customer MUST write the Return Authorization Number (work order #) on the outside of the package they are returning to insure prompt processing of their repair.
- The Customer must indicate if a price quote is required before the unit is repaired.
- The Customer will be given an RA number for each unit to be sent to Telpar’s location in Dover NH for repair.
- The Customer will be informed that their unit should be shipped to Telpar’s Dover NH Depot for repair.
